Cruz (R-Texas) ‌calls out Coca-Cola on⁣ his podcast this week for ‌supporting ‍Black Lives Matter ‌after the organization’s Chicago ⁢chapter ‍uploaded a photo ⁣of a paraglider with the slogan “I stand with Palestine” in a⁢ now-deleted X⁣ post, the social media platform formerly ‌known as Twitter.

Following ‌the October 18th ⁤broadcast⁣ of The Verdict with Ted Cruz, Coca-Cola removes its language from its website the following morning.

“Earlier this month,⁤ Sprite announced a $500,000 contribution to the Black Lives Matter Global Network in a social post committing action in the fight for racial justice. On June 28, the brand debuted a new TV commercial during the 2020 BET Awards telecast showcasing Black America’s‌ resilience, ‍excellence and optimism. The 60-second spot titled ‘Dreams Realized’ emphasizes Sprite’s commitment to making ‍young Black creators’ dreams a reality and to inspire the next generation ⁤to do more and dream bigger,” a web ‌archive version of the website read.

Cruz then takes on X to demand an apology for all Americans from the company‌ for removing the paragraph without taking accountability.

He⁢ then proceeds to come out with a different post calling out all‌ the big brand companies⁢ who ‍have supported BLM and asking if they support ⁣anti-Semitism.

“For every corporate donor who sent millions to ‌BLM—including Amazon, Apple, BlackRock⁢ &⁤ Bank⁤ of America—do you regret supporting such a virulently antisemitic organization?” Cruz said. “Do you⁤ support‍ Black Lives Matter’s Marxist agenda supporting⁢ Hamas? Are‌ you antisemites? Do you support that we need to end Israel?” he questions.

Several⁣ BLM groups have signaled their support for Hamas ⁢after their attack on Israel, framing the ⁤violence as “decolonization.”

How does the⁢ Progressive ⁤Achievement Assessment (PAA) contribute to a more comprehensive assessment of students’ academic progress and growth?

The Progressive Achievement⁢ Assessment ‌(PAA) contributes to a more comprehensive assessment of students’ academic progress and growth in several ways.

Firstly, the PAA assesses students’ academic skills ‍and knowledge across multiple areas, including math, reading, science, ‌and writing. This comprehensive assessment allows educators to‍ gain a broad understanding ⁤of ⁢the students’ overall academic abilities⁢ and identify areas‌ of strength and areas that may require additional support ‍or intervention.

Secondly, the PAA measures students’ progress‌ over time⁤ by using a series of‍ assessments administered at different points‍ throughout the school year. This ‍longitudinal approach⁢ enables educators to track students’ ⁤growth⁤ and identify trends or patterns in their academic development. By comparing the results from different assessment periods, ⁤educators can gain insights into the effectiveness of their instruction and make adjustments to support individual student needs.

Additionally, the PAA incorporates⁢ both formative and⁢ summative assessment strategies. Formative assessments are administered throughout the instructional process to provide ongoing feedback and inform instructional decisions. Summative assessments are conducted at specific points ‌to evaluate students’ overall achievement and determine their level of proficiency. By combining these assessment types, the PAA offers a comprehensive view of students’ academic progress, enabling educators to identify‌ areas for improvement and ⁣differentiate their instruction ⁤accordingly.

Furthermore, the‌ PAA provides actionable data and insights to inform ⁢instructional practices and curriculum development. The assessment results⁢ can help⁢ educators identify instructional strategies that have proven effective and areas‍ where improvements are needed. This data-driven approach contributes to a more targeted and individualized instruction, ultimately enhancing students’ academic progress and growth.

Overall, the Progressive Achievement Assessment (PAA) contributes to a comprehensive assessment of⁢ students’ academic progress and growth by evaluating ‍multiple skill areas, ‍measuring progress over time, incorporating⁢ formative and summative assessments, and providing data-driven insights ‌for instructional improvements.
