Charlie Kirk Warned Us Of The Growing Violence Of The Left

The article discusses the assassination of Charlie Kirk, cofounder of the conservative youth organization Turning Point USA, who was killed while speaking at Utah Valley university. Kirk, a prominent advocate for free speech and conservative values, was a close ally of former President Donald Trump, who publicly mourned his death. The piece highlights a growing “assassination culture” on the political left, citing a report indicating that a significant portion of self-identified leftists view the murder of conservatives like Trump and elon Musk as justifiable. It critics left-wing rhetoric and media for fueling hostility and violence against conservatives. The article points to statements by prominent Democrats and the amplification of radical ideas on liberal social media platforms as factors contributing to an increasingly violent political climate. Kirk himself had warned earlier about the escalation of left-wing violence. The article frames Kirk’s assassination as part of a broader trend of political violence normalized within some segments of the left.

In the Trump Era, Americans have gotten some very violent lessons on the lengths the left will go to silence conservatives.

On Wednesday, Charlie Kirk, cofounder of conservative youth organization Turning Point USA, was assassinated while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University. He was 31, with a wife, young children, and a legacy as a fighter for free speech and conservative values.

“The Great, and even Legendary, Charlie Kirk, is dead,” President Donald Trump informed the world on social media.

“No one understood or had the Heart of the Youth in the United States of America better than Charlie,” Trump continued. “He was loved and admired by ALL, especially me, and now, he is no longer with us. Melania and my Sympathies go out to his beautiful wife Erika, and family. Charlie, we love you!”

Trump knows as well as any what it’s like to the the target of an assassin’s bullet. Last year, during his third run for the White House, the Republican narrowly escaped an assassination attempt at a campaign stop in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Kirk, as the Trump-hating corporate media stamped on its coverage, was a close ally and friend of the president.

The violence is shocking, but no one should be surprised by the bloodletting from the left. After all, many of them told us they’re all for killing prominent conservatives.

We should have listened.

‘Assassination Culture’

As The Federalist first reported in April, 55 percent of self-identified leftists said murdering Trump would be somewhat justifiable, according to a report by the Network of Contagion Research Institute (NCRI) in partnership with Rutgers University’s Social Perception Lab. Another 48 percent felt the same about Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk, who backed Trump in November’s election.

“These attitudes are not fringe — they reflect an emergent assassination culture, grounded in far-left authoritarianism and increasingly normalized in digital discourse,” states the report, titled, “Assassination Culture: How Burning Teslas and Killing Billionaires Became a Meme Aesthetic for Political Violence.”

Don’t let some radicalized shooter take the fall for what happened to Charlie Kirk. That is what the far left wing billionaires want. They fund the destruction of our country and then wave their hands away as if they aren’t responsible. They are. Understand the real enemy.

Top Democrats, including those with an eye on the White House prize in 2028, have ignited the hatred of Trump and the MAGA movement among the Trump Derangement Syndrome-afflicted.

In April, not long after the NCRI report was released, far-left Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker insisted that “Republicans cannot know a moment of peace,” labeling Trump and congressional conservatives “tyrants and traitors.”

The Marxist-moving Democratic Party has characterized their political opponents as “fascists,” “Nazis”, and, in general, threats to democracy.

Those messages have been amplified through the left’s partners in the accomplice corporate media and through leftist social media platforms

The “Assassination Culture” report found liberal social media platform BlueSky, for instance, “plays a significant and predictive role in amplifying radical ideation.” As leftist publication The Guardian reported after the 2024 election, BlueSky had seen its new user numbers surge since Trump’s victory.

The response to Kirk’s murder by some members of the left was predictably callous.

A Heart-breaking Prophesy

Kirk himself noted the “natural outgrowth of left-wing protest culture” earlier this year on X, eerily and sadly predicting the violent future.

“The left is being whipped into a violent frenzy. Any setback, whether losing an election or losing a court case, justifies a maximally violent response,” Kirk wrote following the release of the report.

“This is the natural outgrowth of left-wing protest culture tolerating violence and mayhem for years on end. The cowardice of local prosecutors and school officials have turned the left into a ticking time bomb,” he added.

Assassination culture is spreading on the left. Forty-eight percent of liberals say it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk. Fifty-five percent said the same about Donald Trump.

In California, activists are naming ballot measures after Luigi Mangione.
