Capitol Police probe gay pornography filmed in Senate room shared online
Capitol Police Investigating Sexual Encounter Filmed in Senate Room
The U.S. Capitol Police are currently investigating a scandalous incident involving a sexual encounter between two men that was filmed and later shared online. The incident allegedly took place in a hearing room inside the Hart Senate Office Building.
A representative of the Capitol Police confirmed that they are aware of the situation and are actively looking into it. The Advocate, a publication aimed at gay readers, reported the police’s involvement.
While the Capitol Police cannot provide specific details about the individuals involved in the video, they have acknowledged the investigation, according to CNN.

The Daily Caller reported on Friday that the video was initially shared within a private group for gay men in politics. They also mentioned that the incident took place in room 216, where the Judiciary Committee meets.
To be clear; the scandal is not that a gay staffer filmed a sex tape in his workplace in an official Senate building.
It’s that a staffer filmed a sex tape at work.
It’s not any worse because it’s a gay guy—but also hiding behind identity as a defense is a disgrace & insult.

The Daily Caller blurred the face of one of the individuals in the video, and it has been reported that at least one of the men worked for Democratic Sen. Ben Cardin of Maryland.
CNN reached out to Cardin’s office for comment and was directed to a statement posted by Aidan Maese-Czeropski on LinkedIn. In the statement, Maese-Czeropski expressed that he has been attacked for his personal life but maintains his love for his job and respect for the workplace.
“I will be exploring what legal options are available to me in these matters,” Maese-Czeropski wrote.
As the video continued to circulate, Cardin’s office initially stated that they were reviewing the situation as a personnel matter and would not comment further. However, a subsequent statement confirmed that Aidan Maese-Czeropski is no longer employed by the U.S. Senate.
Neither Maese-Czeropski nor anyone else has publicly admitted to being in the video.
