President Joe Biden passionately defended his administration’s actions in Afghanistan, pushing back against a report that criticized the decision to withdraw U.S. forces from the country. The report from the U.S. State Department highlighted the “serious consequences” and failures resulting from the withdrawal.

The report pointed out that there was a lack of consideration for worst-case scenarios and a failure to establish a broader task force as the situation in Afghanistan deteriorated. However, Biden vehemently denied any admission of failure or mistakes.

During a press conference where he was addressing the Supreme Court ruling on his student loan bailout, Biden was asked about the report. He confidently responded, “No, no.
