Mexican Congressional Hearing showcases ‘Alien’ Bodies
Mexican Lawmakers Hear Testimony on UFOs
“We are not alone” in the universe, Mexican lawmakers were told during an extraordinary hearing that marked the country’s first congressional event on UFOs. The hearing, which took place on Tuesday, focused on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs. During the hearing, journalist and UFO enthusiast Jaime Maussan presented two artifacts that he claimed were the remains of extraterrestrials.
Unearthed Artifacts
- The specimens, displayed in cases, have three fingers on each hand and elongated heads.
- According to Maussan, they were recovered in Peru near the ancient Nazca Lines in 2017.
- Carbon dating conducted by Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM) suggests that they are approximately 1,000 years old.
- Maussan emphasized that the specimens are not related to any life on Earth.
It is worth noting that similar finds in the past have turned out to be the remains of mummified children.
“I think there is a clear demonstration that we are dealing with non-human specimens that are not related to any other species in our world and that all possibilities are open for any scientific institution… to investigate it,” Maussan said. “We are not alone.”
Jose de Jesus Zalce Benitez, director of the Scientific Institute for Health of the Mexican Navy, confirmed that X-rays, 3-D reconstruction, and DNA analysis had been conducted on the remains. He stated, “I can affirm that these bodies have no relation to human beings.”
However, UNAM clarified that their analysis was solely focused on determining the age of the samples and did not draw conclusions about their origin.
The hearing also featured testimony from former U.S. Navy pilot Ryan Graves, who shared his personal experience with UAP and the challenges of reporting such sightings.
Congressman Sergio Gutierrez expressed his hope that this hearing would be the first of many similar events in Mexico, stating, “We are left with reflections, with concerns, and with the path to continue talking about this.”
Changing Perspectives
In recent years, the U.S. government has shifted its stance on public information regarding UAP, actively investigating reported sightings by military aviators. NASA has also established a panel to study UFOs, marking a significant development for the space agency.
NASA is scheduled to discuss findings from the study on Thursday.
While the hearing received attention, Maussan faced criticism from skeptics who questioned the authenticity of his presentation. Some expressed concerns that premature disclosure could hinder efforts to be taken seriously.
