Jim Caviezel condemns global ‘Christian bigotry’ as ‘shocking’.

Hollywood actor Jim Caviezel passionately criticized the “Christian bigotry” that he believes is prevalent worldwide. He expressed his dismay at the promotion of Pride Month, including its endorsement by the White House, which he finds “absolutely appalling.”

During an appearance on the Christian podcast “Prophets and Patriots,” Caviezel discussed his new movie, “Sound of Freedom,” and how it serves as a rejection of the current treatment of Christian culture. He emphasized that “Christian bigotry is the most accepted form of bigotry right now in the world,” but declared that it will no longer be tolerated.

The star of “Passion of the Christ” also expressed his disapproval of Pride Month, specifically calling out Disney and President Joe Biden for their promotion of Pride rainbows. He questioned the need to display the rainbow flag on Mickey Mouse and above the President and United States flag, finding it “absolutely appalling.”

Caviezel further criticized the Los Angeles Dodgers for honoring the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, an LGBT nonprofit that satirizes the Catholic faith. He questioned their legitimacy as nuns and called for reporters to hold them accountable.

“You just used a Crucifix as a strip pole of Jesus. That’s so blasphemous,” he added, highlighting the double standards. “Would you do that with a Jewish Rabbi coming down a Menorah?”

In his upcoming film, “Sound of Freedom,” Caviezel portrays Tim Ballard, a federal agent who risks everything to rescue a young girl from sex slavery in South America. Produced by Angel Studios, known for the popular faith-based series “The Chosen,” the movie will be released on July 4, 2023.
