Bobby Parrish Exposes Shocking Sugar Content of Popular Fall ⁣Coffee Drink

Bobby Parrish, the ‌renowned⁢ healthy eating ⁤TikTok influencer and creator of the beloved YouTube channel FlavCity, recently took to social media ‌to share⁢ some eye-opening information ⁤about a sugar content in Dunkin’ pumpkin spice drink.”>popular fall-themed coffee drink. In ⁣a viral video⁤ that has garnered over 13 million‌ views, ‍Parrish held up a ‍Pumpkin Swirl Frozen Coffee from Dunkin’ ⁣and revealed ⁣its staggering ⁢sugar ⁢content.

“This ⁢drink has 185⁤ grams of sugar in it,” Parrish exclaimed, showcasing a nutrition sheet for the drink.

To emphasize the excessive sugar intake, Parrish poured a whopping 48 teaspoons of sugar into a‍ clear Dunkin’ cup. As if ⁢that wasn’t enough, he also⁢ compared the sugar content to that ‌of a dozen glazed Dunkin’⁢ donuts.

“To give you another perspective, the amount of sugar ⁤in there is equal⁤ to 14 ‌glazed donuts,” Parrish revealed.

But ⁣it wasn’t just the sugar that Parrish criticized. He delved into⁢ the ingredients of ‍the pumpkin spice flavoring, highlighting the presence of “artificial flavor” components and a concerning number of mentions of sugar and high ⁤fructose syrup.

“There are 12 ‌mentions‌ of sugar‍ and high fructose syrup in here,” Parrish ⁤explained.

With a sense of urgency, Parrish pointed out the alarming calorie and carbohydrate counts of the drink, stating, “There are 930 calories and 194 carbs. Two-thirds of us are already Type 2 diabetic and prediabetic. If America runs on this, we are already f***ed.”

While some viewers praised Parrish‍ for his informative breakdown of the drink’s ingredients, ‌others⁤ pushed⁣ back, suggesting that people simply avoid ⁣consuming it if they don’t like‌ it. One commenter humorously‍ remarked, “I just gained 10 lb listening to ‌this.”

Amidst the mixed reactions, one person⁤ even questioned whether such a drink should be deemed illegal. Regardless, Parrish’s video has sparked a significant conversation⁤ about the hidden dangers of seemingly innocent fall beverages.
