Fulton County Superior Judge Scott McAfee said on Tuesday that he is granting a request from four local television stations which asked to allow recording inside the⁢ Georgia courtroom through September 8th.

The judge’s‌ decision ‌follows Trump’s previous arraignments that took place in two federal courts and a New York state court, which reportedly have strict policies regarding cameras inside ⁣the courtroom.

However, in the ⁢Peach State, all Georgia counties and its federal level‍ courtrooms are allowed to set their own policies ⁤for proceedings.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D-Ga.) is looking to hold all ⁢arraignments ⁢for Trump and the 18 defendants involved⁢ until September 8th, but if ⁣it is delayed then ⁢Mcafee’s granted order would expire.

Willis charged Trump and the other defendants last week for their alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia.

The 45th president⁣ has adamantly denied any wrongdoing in his involvement and has continuously stated that the indictment is politically-motivated.

The DA announced that ⁢all defendants in the‌ case must surrender by Friday, and Trump, himself, ⁤has agreed to turn himself in on Thursday.

The former president has also agreed to a $200,000 bond, which includes $80,000 for racketeering charges.

Additionally, this could be the first time that Trump ‌could be ⁤forced to take ‍a mugshot photograph, after not having to in his previous arraignments.
