Trump denies charges in Jan. 6 witch hunt.
Trump Pleads “Not Guilty” to Latest Federal Charges
Former President Donald Trump made a dramatic entrance into a Washington, D.C., federal courtroom on Thursday, where he pleaded “not guilty” to a four-count indictment handed down by Special Counsel Jack Smith. As President Joe Biden enjoys a vacation in Delaware, Trump faces mounting scandals surrounding the Biden family’s business ventures.
In a fiery statement on Truth Social, Trump expressed his frustration, accusing the Bidens of stealing millions of dollars and accepting bribes from foreign countries. He criticized the unfairness of the venue and judge, declaring that the nation is in decline.
Smith’s charges against Trump are related to the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and include conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy against rights, obstruction of an official proceeding, and conspiracy to obstruct a proceeding. These charges are seen by many as an attack on political speech.

The timing of this indictment follows a pattern of Trump charges being unveiled whenever new revelations emerge about the Biden family’s business schemes.
With a comfortable lead in the Republican presidential primary, Trump now faces a total of 78 charges across three investigations. In a lighthearted comment on Truth Social, he joked about needing one more indictment to ensure his election.
Meanwhile, President Biden is facing escalating calls for impeachment as evidence surfaces about his family’s business deals, potentially implicating him in a criminal bribery scheme.

Former Biden family business partner Devon Archer recently provided new details about the president’s influence-peddling schemes. Archer testified that Hunter Biden facilitated phone calls with his associates, while Joe Biden served as vice president and his son sat on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma, receiving excessive compensation despite lacking industry experience. Archer revealed that Burisma hired Hunter Biden to build a brand of influence and intimidate their opponents.
In 2018, Joe Biden openly bragged about pressuring the Ukrainian government to fire the top prosecutor investigating Burisma.
Archer’s testimony contradicts President Biden’s repeated denials of involvement in his son’s business affairs.
