Even if Trump discussed the weather on Jan. 6, he would still face indictment.
Former President Donald Trump Indicted for Third Time
Former President Donald Trump was indicted for the third time on Tuesday when Special Counsel Jack Smith unveiled charges ostensibly related to the Capitol riot on Jan. 6, 2021.
Trump’s Alleged Crimes
- Conspiracy to defraud the United States
- Conspiracy against rights
- Obstruction of an official proceeding
- Conspiracy to obstruct a proceeding
According to Smith, Trump is accused of raising electoral objections, a tactic that Democrats have used for decades.
Contrary to the left-wing narrative, Trump’s speech at the White House on Jan. 6 included explicit directions for demonstrators to “peacefully and patriotically make [their] voices heard.” This undermines the claim that Trump alone incited a deadly insurrection.
Revelations Contradicting the Narrative
- Tapes published by former Fox News host Tucker Carlson contradict the talking points adopted by Democrats on the Jan. 6 Committee.
- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi left Capitol security unprepared, and protesters were given guided tours by Capitol Police.
- Officer Brian Sicknick, who was supposedly “slain” by violent demonstrators, was captured on camera after the alleged fatal head injury.
Trump was the first outgoing president to be impeached twice.

Biden’s Indictment and Trump’s Campaign
Trump’s latest indictment puts him under a total of 78 charges, with more expected as prosecutors in Georgia conclude another investigation against him. Despite Trump’s legal battles, he remains the front-runner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, leading the field by over 35 points. His primary competition is not Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, but the Department of Justice under President Joe Biden.
Biden’s Alleged Corruption
President Biden faces allegations of corruption similar to those against Russian President Vladimir Putin. Evidence suggests that Biden interacted with his son’s foreign associates on numerous occasions, contradicting his claims of no involvement in business matters.

Biden seems to be evading investigation by the press and his own Justice Department, while Senate Republicans remain silent on mounting evidence of his global influence peddling. Meanwhile, Trump’s indictment on Jan. 6 would likely have occurred regardless of the content of his speech.
