Jim Jordan accuses Democrats of being the censorship party following a heated RFK Jr. hearing.
House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government
Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) boldly declared the Democratic Party as the party of censorship following a tense and gripping hearing on Thursday.
Jordan bestowed this moniker upon the Democrats after witnessing several heated exchanges between House Democrats and Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. during a hearing that focused on the critical issue of censorship.

“They have relentlessly targeted this man since the second day of the Biden administration. There is an email from the White House to Twitter that explicitly states, ‘Take down this tweet ASAP,’ and the tweet in question is from Robert F. Kennedy. However, there is absolutely nothing erroneous in that tweet. Every single statement is factually accurate. The subject line of the email reads ‘RFK misinformation,’ but it was not misinformation. Even if it were, the First Amendment protects the right to express opinions. Jordan passionately expressed on Fox News’s Hannity.
“The Democratic Party has transformed into the party of censorship, a party that fails to embrace our most fundamental liberty – the right to speak freely and engage in political discourse without fear of harassment or targeting. They have even gone after the most iconic name in Democratic politics for the past seventy-five years – the Kennedy name. That’s how committed they are to censorship,” he continued.
The hearing was filled with intense moments between Kennedy and Democratic lawmakers, including a heated exchange with Del. Stacey Plaskett (D-VI) as she attempted to link Kennedy to former President Donald Trump.
