Bud Light mocked at concert as Beach Boys alum targets woke company.
Beach Boys Alum Mocks Woke Company Bud Light at Concert
Beach Boys alum Mike Love recently took a jab at the woke corporate masters running Bud Light and Budweiser beers during a concert. He also joked about left-wing cancel culture in relation to his “gender specific” surfer girl tunes.
As Love introduced the Beach Boys’ summer anthem “Surfer Girl,” he highlighted how Anheuser-Busch has become a laughingstock due to its allegiance to the radical transgender and LGBT agenda.
“Surfer Girl” is a bit gender specific, so I hope there’s nobody from Budweiser here… or the FBI.
Love playfully apologized in advance for anything he might say or do, emphasizing that it’s a family tradition. However, he dedicated the song to all the ladies in the audience.

The concert took place in May, and even then, Budweiser, Bud Light, and their owner, Anheuser-Busch InBev, had already become a laughingstock.
Is Bud Light Done for Good?
Indeed, Bud Light has become the subject of constant ridicule. For example, when Yuengling beer introduced golf influencer Madi Frerking as one of its spokeswomen, many fans joked that at least Yuengling knew what an actual woman was like.
Even Dylan Mulvaney, apparently a former Bud Light partner, has spoken out, feeling abandoned by the company in the wake of the beer boycott.
The condemnation for Bud Light intensified when Mulvaney posted an Instagram video showcasing a specially-made can of Bud Light with his face on it, which Bud Light created for their advertising partnership.
Bud Light was not the only corporate giant scrambling to hire Mulvaney, who had numerous brands paying him millions for advertising. However, the Mulvaney deal shocked beer fans and sparked a boycott that seriously hurt Bud Light and its parent company, Anheuser-Busch.
The disaster ultimately ended Bud Light’s reign as America’s best-selling beer.
While Anheuser-Busch responded to Mulvaney’s criticism, the company did not mention him in its statement. Some analysts believe that Bud Light’s decline is permanent and that the boycott has become a cultural phenomenon, potentially leading to the brand’s demise.
Bud Light has become the quintessential example of going woke and going broke.
