Four people have been injured as ⁣fire broke out in ⁣a Brooklyn, New York subway tracks.

On⁣ Sunday, at about 6:30 p.m., a‌ fire broke out on the‌ tracks, according ⁤to the Fire Department of New York, and firefighters were ‍called to ⁤the High ⁢Street-Brooklyn Bridge station on the ​A and⁢ C lines.

The fire took approximately sixty minutes to⁢ contain.

Those who were hurt were transported to‌ the⁤ hospital with minor wounds.

According to reports, a fire‍ started beneath a train.

Although the cause is‍ being looked into,⁤ it‌ is thought⁣ to be connected to the trash on the⁤ tracks.
